Wu-wei
Effortless action: acting without forcing, and letting the situation take its proper course.
What it commits you to
Wu-wei is often mistranslated as doing nothing, which is the opposite of its meaning: it is competence so complete that action does not require strain. Politically it implies rule that works with the grain rather than against it. It is also a warning for any system designed to control by force, since forcing reliably produces what it was trying to prevent.
